About Gail O'Brien
Qualifications

Gail O'Brien is a mental health nurse with a passion for supporting young people with disordered eating, having specialised in eating disorders for over 20 years.
Gail joined the team at Schoen Clinic Chelsea in 2021, where she works with children and young people on the highly specialised programme for young people with eating disorders.
She has extensive experience both in the private sector and the NHS having worked in inpatient units, outpatient and day patient services.
Gail is also trained in Family-Based Treatment for Anorexia Nervosa (FT/AN) and has been involved in student nurse training and preceptorship, development and training of staff.
Gail is registered with the NMC and a member of the Royal College of Nursing.
