He also provides a comprehensive specialist knee service for patella (kneecap) problems and dislocations.
Mr Trikha offers the very latest cutting-edge knee preservation and regenerative techniques including stem cell treatments (AMIC, BMAC). Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Hyaluronic acid (HA) injection therapy.
Mr Trikha is active in research, with current interests including new techniques in knee preservation, anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, and meniscal (cartilage) repair. He has published and presented extensively on knee surgery, trauma and sports injuries, and joint replacement and is regularly invited to lecture both nationally and internationally. He is a keen teacher and continues to teach and supervise the training of postgraduate knee surgery for Specialist Registrars.
