Mr Walczak trained at Guys Hospital Medical School and completed his specialist fellowship in hip surgery in 1998. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and a member of the British Orthopaedic Association (BOA). Following a career at Bromley NHS Trust, he is now based in the independent sector treating both insured and self-funding patients.
He runs a patient-focused practice and works closely with Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Podiatrists and Chiropractors to achieve the best possible outcomes for his patients.
A keen runner and cyclist, he understands the needs of athletes and is committed to helping people of all abilities to return to sports and physical activity where possible. He has developed a minimal access approach to the hip which has been used in over 1000 cases of hip replacement.
- All lower limb areas including hip and knee replacements, keyhole knee surgery, sports injuries, anterior cruciate ligament repair and bursitis
- Management of knee arthritis
