These range from body therapy, person-centred, existential, psychodynamic, relational therapy, mindfulness meditation and  Emotion Focused Therapy(EFT). Isabelle aims to empower patients to become more self-aware and reflective, opening up a broader range of life choices. Throughout her career in mental health, Isabelle has gained valuable experience working within the NHS, the Priory Hospital, an Eating Disorder Clinic and various charities specialising in trauma and domestic abuse. Her experience encompasses one-to-one therapy, psychoeducational workshops for groups, and facilitating the early stages of the 12-step programme.

Her diverse cultural background and international experiences have uniquely shaped her perspective, making her particularly attuned to the challenges faced by clients from diverse cultural, ethnic, and minority backgrounds.

In addition to her interest in cultural issues, Isabelle is passionate about incorporating creative techniques into therapy sessions. She utilises various art methods, guided imagery, and experiential work to enrich the unconscious aspects of the therapeutic process, promote greater self-awareness, and facilitate self-expression.
