Job Summary

Schoen Clinic UK is looking for a creative and innovative individual who has a passion for Marketing to join our company in a dynamic and exciting role as a Group Marketing Executive. You will assist with daily marketing activities and the development and implementation of central and local marketing plans. We are here to provide efficient and effective support to Schoen Clinic UK sites whilst driving, delivering and measuring the success of our various marketing campaigns. Creative thinking and collaborative working play a big part in this role.


Key Accountabilities

  • Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature.
  • Producing engaging content for blog posts and uploading to the website once approved.
  • Regular updates to the company website using our CMS.
  • Assisting with organising company events as required.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including colleagues, Consultants, printers, designers and media agencies.
  • Providing robust and organised administrative support to the marketing team.
  • Contacting sites for content requests, ensuring submission of information and efficient collation.
  • Researching new marketing trends.
  • Undertaking competitor analysis.
  • Assisting with video and photoshoots.
  • Internal newsletter production and distribution.
  • Ordering and distributing merchandise as required.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Able to confidently produce engaging content for blog posts/ social media sites and website.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Happy to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Happy to be part of a small, fun and hard-working team.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • The ability to think strategically and innovatively.
  • Copywriting and design skills in order to produce marketing materials for both print and online.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns.
  • Drive and self-motivation.
  • A flexible approach to work.
  • Influencing skills
  • CRM experience.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and capabilities
  • How to create content across multiple social media sites.
  • How to review how successful a post was and how successful an implemented marketing strategy was.
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Private healthcare marketing experience (desirable)
