Job Summary

Our Concierge Service Executives work to ensure our patients receive the best possible service when using our Hospital’s services.

The Concierge Service Executive will work in a team under the supervision of the Lead.

Key Accountabilities

  • Appointment bookings, ensuring all phone enquiries are answered in a timely manner, adhering to our customer service levels and Schoen values
  • Attending regular team meetings and taking accountability for designated tasks on the action log
  • Working with the Supervisor and wider team to meet monthly & quarterly targets for the Department.
  • Assisting the Lead as directed to contribute to the monthly and quarterly sales reports, showing successes and shortfalls
  • Identifying new business opportunities and working with the wider sales team to deliver on initiatives.
  • Ensure all correct information is captured for both patients and referrers.
  • Part of our VIP service, providing end-to-end support
  • Liaising with other administrative and clinical teams to ensure that the patient journey is smooth and seamless
  • Responsible for quotes for and payments from our self-pay patients
  • Working with the Lead to develop robust pathways that deliver an exceptional customer service for all our patients
  • Striving for continuous improvement to ensure a market-leading product offering.
